Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage Industry Classification

The CCUS(Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage Industry Classification) Industrial Classification is a classification created for administrative purposes, such as statistics and policy execution related to the CCUS industry, in accordance with Article 22 (Standard Classification) of the Statistics Act. Among the Korean Standard Industrial Classification, the industrial activities related to the storage and utilization of carbon dioxide were subdivided and reorganized into a special classification of the CCUS industry.

CCUS(Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage Industry Classification) 산업분류는 통계법 제22조(표준분류)에 따라, CCUS산업과 관련한 통계작성 및 정책집행 등 행정목적에 활용하기 위해 만든 분류이다. 한국표준산업분류 중 이산화탄소 저장 및 활용관련 산업활동 부문을 세분하여 CCUS산업 특수분류로 재구성했다.
