Amusement Devices or Amusement Rides Classification

The Assignment Devices or Amnesty Rides Classification is the classification of organic facilities or organic equipment* for safety inspection. In the Enforcement Regulations of the Tourism Promotion Act, it is divided into organic facilities or organic equipment subject to safety inspection and organic facilities or organic equipment not subject to safety inspection.

*GAME MACHINE OR GAME MACHINE

It means facilities, equipment, etc. installed to be used in a standardized manner within a certain space by utilizing machinery, electricity, electronic devices, etc. for the purpose of providing fun, enjoyment, and thrill to users. ( Provided, That this shall not apply to buildings that have obtained permission, authorization, etc. pursuant to other Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the Building Act, and to organic facilities or auxiliary facilities of organic equipment.)

유기시설 또는 유기기구 분류(Amusement Devices or Amusement Rides Classification) 는 안전성검사를 위해 유기시설 또는 유기기구*를 분류한 것이다. 관광진흥법 시행규칙 [별표11]에서 안전성검사 대상 유기시설 또는 유기기구와 안전성검사 대상이 아닌 유기시설 또는 유기기구로 나누고 있다.

*유기시설 또는 유기기구

이용자에게 재미, 즐거움, 스릴을 제공할 목적으로 기계ㆍ전기ㆍ전자 장치 등을 활용하여 일정 공간 내에서 정형화된 방법으로 이용하도록 설치된 시설 또는 기구 등을 말한다. (단, 건축법 등 다른 법령에 의하여 허가ㆍ인가 등을 얻은 건축물과 유기시설 또는 유기기구의 부대시설물은 제외한다.)
