Malodor-Emitting Facilities Classification

Malodor-Emitting Facilities Classification is a facility designated by the Minister of Environment in consultation with the heads of relevant central administrative agencies pursuant to subparagraph 3 of Article 2 of the Act on the Prevention of Malodor and Article 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act, and includes facilities, machinery, equipment, etc. that cause odors. The specific classification of the relevant facilities is specified in attached Table 2 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act on the Prevention of Malodor, and shall be managed by reflecting the amendments every year. The facilities for discharging odors under subparagraph 3 of Article 2 of the Act on the Prevention of Malodor shall be prescribed in Article 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act on the Prevention of Malodor, and facilities for discharging odors shall be as shown in attached Table 2.

악취배출시설 분류(Malodor-Emitting Facilities Classification)는 「악취방지법」 제2조제3호 및 동법 시행규칙 제3조에 따라 환경부장관이 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 지정한 시설로, 악취를 유발하는 시설, 기계, 기구 등을 포함합니다. 해당 시설의 구체적인 분류는 「악취방지법 시행규칙」 별표 2에 명시되어 있으며, 매년 개정 내용을 반영하여 관리됩니다. 「악취방지법」 제2조제3호에 따른 악취배출시설은 「악취방지법 시행규칙」 제3조로 정하고 있으며 악취배출시설은 별표 2와 같습니다.
