Classification of Fire Equipment

The Classification of Fire Equipment is classified according to its purpose and function, and is stipulated in Articles 6 and [Attachment 1] of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act under Articles 2 (1) and 8 of the Fire Equipment Management Act. Matters concerning the classification criteria, procedures, detailed items, etc. of fire fighting equipment classified in the Enforcement Decree [Attachment 1] shall be prescribed in Articles 3 and 4 of the Regulations on the Classification of Fire Equipment, etc. and [Attachment 1].

소방장비의 분류(Classification of Fire Equipment)는 소방장비를 용도 및 기능에 따라 분류한 것으로, 소방장비관리법 제2조제1호 및 제8조에 따른 동법 시행령 제6조 및 [별표1]에서 정하고 있다. 시행령 [별표1] 에서 분류된 소방장비의 분류 기준•절차 및 소방장비의 세부적인 품목 등에 관한 사항은 소방장비 분류 등에 관한 규정 제3조 및 제4조, [별도표1]에서 정한다.
