Semiconductor HS Standard Interpretation Guidelines

Semiconductor HS Standard Interpretation Guidelines are one of the guidelines for item classification for the national strategic industry produced by the Korea Customs Service and are provided by the HS Guide of the Customs Law Information Portal. The HS Guide of the Customs Law Information Portal provides guidelines for HS standard analysis for displays, secondary batteries, and automobiles, including this guideline.

Consisting of two sectors, the first half (standard interpretation guidelines) included item numbers for 258 types of raw materials, parts, and equipment for each semiconductor production process, and photos and detailed explanations for each product, and the second half (technical data collection) explained the latest semiconductor information and trends, semiconductor power generation process, semiconductor production process, and technical terms along with diagrams to help basic understanding of semiconductors, making them widely available not only to industry officials but also to related policy authorities.

반도체 HS 표준해석 지침(Semiconductor HS Standard Interpretation Guidelines)은 관세청에서 제작한 국가 전략산업에 대한 품목분류 지침 중 하나로, 관세법령정보포털의 HS가이드에서 제공하고 있다. 관세법령정보포털의 HS가이드에서는 본 지침을 포함하여 디스플레이, 이차전지, 자동차에 대한 HS 표준해석 지침을 제공한다.

두 부문으로 구성되어 전반부(표준해석 지침)에는 실제 거래 제품 중심으로 반도체 생산공정별 원재료·부품·장비 258종에 대한 품목 번호, 해당 물품별 사진과 상세 설명을 수록하였고, 후반부(기술자료집) 에는 반도체에 대한 기본적인 이해를 돕기 위해 최신 반도체 정보와 동향, 반도체 발전과정과 반도체 생산공정, 전문용어 등을 도표와 함께 설 명하여 업계 관계자는 물론 관련 정책당국도 널리 활용할 수 있도록 제작 하였습니다.
