Special Account for Educational Expenses: Classification of Net Worth refers to the net assets defined in the special account for educational expenses, that is, the remaining amount of assets minus liabilities, and is classified as fixed net assets, specific net assets and general net assets.

Article 19 (Definition and Classification of Net Assets) ① Net assets refer to the remaining amount of assets minus liabilities and are classified as fixed net assets, specific net assets and general net assets.

② Fixed net assets shall be the amount of investment in tangible assets minus long-term borrowings, local bonds, and private lease liabilities raised for the purpose of providing investment resources for the facility.

③ A specific net asset means a reserve for which the purpose of use is specified, such as repayment of debts and improvement of old facilities, etc., and the reserve shall be deposited and managed separately according to the relevant purpose.

④ General net assets refer to the amount of net assets excluding fixed net assets and specific net assets.

교육비특별회계:순자산의 분류(Special Account for Educational Expenses:Classification of Net Worth)는 교육비특별회계에서 정의하는 순자산, 즉 자산에서 부채를 뺀 나머지 금액을 말하고, 고정순자산ㆍ특정순자산 및 일반순자산으로 분류한다.

제19조(순자산의 정의 및 분류) ① 순자산은 자산에서 부채를 뺀 나머지 금액을 말하고, 고정순자산ㆍ특정순자산 및 일반순자산으로 분류한다.

② 고정순자산은 유형자산에 대한 투자액에서 그 시설의 투자재원을 마련할 목적으로 조달한 장기차입금ㆍ지방채 및 민자리스부채 등을 뺀 금액으로 한다.

③ 특정순자산은 채무상환 및 노후시설 개선 등 그 사용목적이 특정하게 지정되어 있는 적립금을 말하며, 그 적립금은 해당 목적에 따라 별도로 예치ㆍ관리하여야 한다.

④ 일반순자산은 순자산 중 고정순자산과 특정순자산을 제외한 금액을 말한다.
