A complete revision of the first veterinary glossary published in 2006 jointly by the Korean Veterinary Society and the Korean Veterinary Society. English-Korean Veterinary Terms and Korean-English Veterinary Terms are included. From 2013 to 2015, the research was conducted by the support of the service research project of the Agriculture, Forestry and Livestock Quarantine Headquarters, 'Project for Standardization of Veterinary Terms and Publishing of Glossary (Research Project Management No. Z-154174502013-15-01). For veterinary terms, pet, animal behavior, horse-related terms, general names of various animals, scientific names, parasites, bacteria, viruses, food science terms, livestock idioms, and veterinary education were inserted based on recent data.
2006년 대한수의학회와 대한수의사회 공동 주관으로 발간한 최초 수의학 용어집의 전면개정판. 영한 수의학용어, 한영 수의학용어 수록. 2013년~2015년농림축산검역본부 용역연구사업 ‘수의학용어 표준화사업 및 용어집 발간(연구과제 관리번호 Z-154174502013-15-01)’지원에 의하여 연구가 수행되었음. 수의학용어는 반려동물, 동물행동학, 말관련 용어, 각종 동물의 일반명, 학명, 기생충, 세균, 바이러스 학명, 식품과학 용어, 축산 관용어, 수의학 교육 등을 최근 자료에 근거하여 삽입하였음.
