Encyclopedia of Korean Folk Arts:Folk Painting

This dictionary classified folk dances into Nongak dance, mask dance, sound dance, nonsense dance, imitation dance, Gyobang dance, ritual dance, and new dance, and classified folk paintings into harmony, characterization, literary painting, landscape painting, and literary style.

The dictionary consists of publications and publications, illustrations and table of contents, and texts and indexes.

The table control arrangement was arranged in alphabetical order, and the writers' columns were prepared so that the subjects of each writer could be found.

이 사전은 민속무용을 크게 농악춤, 탈춤, 소리춤, 허튼춤, 모방춤, 교방춤, 의식무용, 신무용으로 구분하였고, 민화를 화조화, 인물화, 문자화, 산수화, 문방도로 구분하였다.

사전은 발간사와 발간개요, 일러두기와 목차, 그리고 본문과 색인으로 구성하였다.

표제어 배열은 가나다순으로 하였으며, 집필자란을 마련하여 필자별 표제어를 찾을 수 있도록 하였다.
