Korea Standard Industry Code

The Korea Standard Industry Code (KSIC) is a systematic classification of industrial activities performed mainly by production units (business units, business units, etc.) according to their similarity. This Korean Standard Industrial Classification was prepared for statistical purposes, such as collecting, marking, and analyzing industry-related data, and the Statistics Act stipulates that all statistical agencies are required to use it for the accuracy and comparability of industrial statistical data.

한국표준산업분류 (KSIC, Korea Standard Industry Code)는 생산단위(사업체단위, 기업체단위 등)가 주로 수행하는 산업 활동을 그 유사성에 따라 체계적으로 유형화 한 것이다. 이러한 한국표준산업분류는 산업관련 자료의 수집, 제표, 분석 등 통계목적을 위하여 작성된 것으로 통계법에서는 산업통계 자료의 정확성, 비교성을 위하여 모든 통계작성기관이 이를 의무적으로 사용하도록 규정하고 있다.
