Llista d'encapçalaments de noms i títols de la Biblioteca de Catalunya

"La Llista d’encapçalaments de noms i títols de la Biblioteca de Catalunya (LENOTI) conté els registres d’autoritat de nom, nom-títol i títol emprats per a la catalogació dels documents. Els registres d'autoritat poden incloure, a més de l'encapçalament acceptat, els encapçalaments no acceptats, els encapçalaments relacionats i les notes sobre l’ús de l’encapçalament.

Les regles de catalogació utilitzades per la Biblioteca per a la tria i la forma dels encapçalaments de nom, nom-títol i títol són les Regles angloamericanes de catalogació (Part II). El format d'autoritats emprat és el Format MARC 21 per a dades d'autoritat.

La Llista conté els registres d’autoritat elaborats per la Biblioteca a partir de l’any 2000 – en aquesta data la Biblioteca inicià l’aplicació de la pauta Manteniment dels registres d’autoritat de nom, nom-títol i títol, P CD-010 del Manual de procediments de la Biblioteca de Catalunya: catalogació descriptiva.

La constant introducció de nous encapçalaments i la necessitat de revisar i actualitzar els encapçalaments ja existents fan de la LENOTI un organisme viu en un perpetu procés de transformació i canvi. Les actualitzacions del contingut de la base de dades s'efectuaran mensualment.

Esperem que la LENOTI afavoreixi l'estandardització dels nostres catàlegs per tal de facilitar l’accés i l’intercanvi de la informació bibliogràfica."

"The list heading names and titles of the Library of Catalonia (Lenôtre) contains authority records name, title, and name-title used for the classification of documents. The authority records can include, in addition to the heading, headings not accepted related headings and notes about the use of the header.

Cataloging rules used by the library to choose and shape of name headings, name-title and title are the Anglo-American Cataloging Rules (Part II). The authorities used format is the MARC 21 Format for Authority Data.

The list contains authority records created by the Library since 2000 - at that time the Library began implementing the guideline maintenance of authority records name, title, and name-title CD-P 010 Manual procedures of the Library of Catalonia: descriptive cataloging.

The constant introduction of new headers and the need to review and update existing headings Lenôtre make the organism live in a perpetual process of transformation and change. Updates the content of the database monthly fee.
