Gale Aeronautics and Astronautics Thesaurus

The Gale Aeronautics and Astronautics Thesaurus is a subset of the master Gale Technology Thesaurus in the narrower domain of design, construction, and operation of aircraft and spacecraft, and the technologies and processes that apply directly to the science of flight. Items in this thesaurus may overlap with terms related to fluid mechanics. All thesaural relationships (BT/NT, RT, USE/UF) are included, and some terms have scope notes. The thesaurus contains 449 preferred terms/concepts (2019) and is continually updated.
