Tot es mou ràpidament, el ritme és constant i ja no hi ha opció de tria entre ser-hi o no. Si no s’encara el repte és possible que els usuaris no ens acompanyin. Les estratègies digitals en màrqueting han arribat per quedar-se, i és necessari conèixer-ne els conceptes bàsics per entendre amb quines regles funcionen. Per aquest motiu, el TERMCAT ha considerat necessària l’elaboració d’un recull terminològic que contingui la terminologia bàsica d’aquest àmbit.
