BARTOC API

Available Endpoints

This service provides a subset of JSKOS API 2.1. All the following endpoints are available on this instance of jskos-server. See documentation on GitHub for details.

General

• GET /status - Returns a status object (JSON Schema, documentation)
• GET /checkAuth - Endpoint to check whether a user is authorized (documentation)
• POST/GET /validate - Endpoint to validate JSKOS data (documentation)
• GET /data - Returns data for a certain URI or URIs (concept schemes, concepts, concordances, mappings, annotations) (documentation)

Concept Schemes

• GET /voc - Returns a list of vocabularies (concept schemes) (documentation)
• GET /voc/top - Lists top concepts for a concept scheme (documentation)
• GET /voc/concepts - Lists concepts for a concept scheme (documentation)
• GET /voc/suggest - Returns concept scheme suggestions in OpenSearch Suggest Format (documentation)
• GET /voc/search - Concept scheme search (documentation)
• POST /voc - Saves a concept scheme or multiple concept schemes in the database (authentication needed, documentation)
• PUT /voc - Overwrites a concept scheme in the database (authentication needed, documentation)

Concepts

• GET /concepts - Returns detailed data for concepts or concept schemes (documentation)
• GET /concepts/narrower - Returns narrower concepts for a concept (documentation)
• GET /concepts/ancestors - Returns ancestor concepts for a concept (documentation)
• GET /concepts/suggest - Returns concept suggestions (documentation)
• GET /concepts/search - Concept search (documentation)
